- Your account. You must be 13 or older. Keep your login safe.
- What you save. You own your saves and plans. Links stay owned by the original creators and platforms.
- Plus. 1-day free trial, then $5/week, $15/month or $45 every 4 months until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings.
- Ads. Sponsored places are always labeled.
- Ending. You can delete your account any time in Settings.
1. Who we are
Kahpikat™ is an app and website run by Bella Verve Beauty Company, LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using Kahpikat, you agree to them.
2. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kahpikat. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms. You are responsible for activity on your account, so keep your login safe and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
3. What you save
You own the saves, lists, notes and plans you make. Saved posts are shown using the original platform’s official embed and stay owned by their creators and platforms. You give us permission to store and display your content so the app works for you, and, for plans you choose to publish, to show them to other people.
4. Using Kahpikat fairly
Don’t use Kahpikat to break the law, harass people, post spam, copy or scrape the service, get around security, or publish plans or reviews that are misleading or that you don’t have the right to share. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Plus subscriptions
Plus starts with a 1-day free trial, then renews at $5 a week, $15 a month or $45 every 4 months until you cancel. Creator codes give 15% off and don’t include the trial. Payment is handled by Apple or Google, and you cancel or ask for refunds through your App Store or Google Play settings. Use Restore purchase to move Plus to a new phone.
6. Creators
Creators who join the creator program also agree to the Creator partnership agreement, which covers codes, earnings, payouts, tax forms and ID checks. Creators must label paid or gifted content with #ad.
7. Businesses and ads
Businesses that advertise also agree to the Advertiser agreement. Sponsored places, coupons and featured creators are always labeled Sponsored. Each area has a limited number of sponsored spots.
8. Maps and other services
Directions open in your maps app. Links and embeds from other platforms are run by those platforms under their own terms. We aren’t responsible for third-party places, businesses, products or content you find through Kahpikat.
9. Our app
Kahpikat, the cat logo, the name and the app’s design belong to Bella Verve Beauty Company, LLC. You may use the app for personal use; you may not copy, resell or rebuild it.
10. Disclaimers and limits
Kahpikat is provided as is. Places, hours, prices and recipes can change, so double-check before you go or cook. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or unexpected losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
11. Ending
You can delete your account any time in Settings → Privacy & data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by nature should survive, like ownership and limits on liability, still apply after your account ends.
12. Changes and disputes
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we’ll tell you in the app before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
