1. Who we are
Bella Verve Beauty Company, LLC runs Kahpikat™ and is responsible for your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
2. What we collect
Account info (name, email, sign-in method, language and color mode). The links you save and the lists, notes and plans you make. Purchase status from Apple or Google (we never see your card). Rough location, only if you turn on the map or Local. Basic device and usage info, like app version, crashes and which features are used.
3. Creators and businesses
If you join the creator program or advertise, we also collect payout and tax details through our payout partner, ID-check results through our verification partner, and billing details through our payment partner. We only keep what we need to pay you, bill you and meet legal duties.
4. How we use it
To sort your saves, show your map and plans, run Plus, pay creators, show labeled sponsored spots near you, prevent fraud and abuse, fix bugs, and reply when you contact us. We don’t sell your personal data.
5. Ads
Sponsored spots are chosen by area and category, not by tracking you across other apps. Businesses never see who saved them — only totals.
6. Who we share with
Service providers that help run Kahpikat (hosting, maps, app-store billing, payments, payouts, ID checks, crash reporting), only for that purpose. Authorities when the law requires it. A buyer, if the company is ever sold, under this same policy.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as tax and payment records.
8. Your choices
Download or delete your data any time in Settings → Privacy & data. You can turn off location and notifications in your phone settings. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR in the EU/UK or CCPA in California), you also have rights to access, correct, or object to how we use your data. Email inquiries@kahpikat.com to use them.
9. Children
Kahpikat isn’t for children under 13, and we block under-13 sign-ups. If we learn we’ve collected data from a child under 13, we delete it.
10. Security
We use encryption, two-step login for our team, rate limits and regular backups. No system is perfect, so we’ll tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.
11. Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll tell you in the app first.
